Templating Failed to upgrade legacy queries Datasource named Prometheus was not found

Hello Team,

Gerrit-Version --> 3.0.11
OS RHEL
Java 1.8

Steps followed:

Install the Plugin:

Since there was none for gerrit 3.0.x series, installed 3.1 and it loads successfully.
No errors reported in the logs.

Create a new group for Prometheus and added the user.
User able to successfully run a rest api. Added the allow permissions

Installed Prometheus on the host server.
Server is accessible at http://hostname:9090
Configured the prometheus.yaml file and reloaded the service.

Created a new Grafana Instance Added the datasource as prometheus
Now imported the dasboard ID 13435 and ran the report it fails with the error included in the screnshot.

"Templating Failed to upgrade legacy queries Datasource named Prometheus was not found"

Any particular reason why this would happen???
Any suggestions to resolve this issue. All the below dashboards failed with the same error.

Is there a way to fix it. These dasboard are very useful and will help us in the long run identify the bttlenecks for various issues that we are seeing in gerrit
