Integrate with travis-ci

Hello,

has anyone already integrated travis-ci into the gerrit review queu?

we mirror to github and on github it is very simple to attach a hook
into the repo that triggers a build on each submit into a branch.

Unfortunatly the refs/changes space seems not to be monitored and
therefor doesn't trigger any builds.

However we would like to trigger a build for each change when it enters
the review/gerrit.
