"Invalid authentication method" issue

It has been reported by several user after upgrade to 2.11.1 from 2.8.5.

When it happens, there is a error message "Invalid authentication method. In order to authenticate, prefix the REST endpoint URL with /a/ (e.g. http://example.com/a/projects/)." ,like the attachment( it is about a user can not add reviewer).

The workaround is logout and login again, it will be OK then.
