Opensource Gerrit is the Gerrit version which is jointly developed by the Gerrit community. It is open source and everyone can download and run it for free. Running Opensource Gerrit means that you have to setup and maintain your own Gerrit servers.

GerritForge provides hosting of Gerrit servers with enterprise support. This means they run and maintain the Gerrit service for you. You can learn more about GerritForge and their offer at https://www.gerritcodereview.com/support.html#gerritforge

"TeamForge Gerrit" was in your subject line, so I'm assuming you meant to have it here instead of "Opensource Gerrit" repeated. That's a commercial project from CollabNet that you'll need to contact them to learn more about http://help.collab.net/index.jsp?topic=/teamforge163/faq/teamforge_git_integration_overview.html
