Revert the change via Gerrit UI

As per the following document ( https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/Documentation/user-review-ui.html )

 The Revert button can be available on UI, Once the change has been submitted successfully.

 I’m the gerrit administrator and have noticed that “Revert” button is not available for Merged/Submitted changes in UI.

 Same have observed for single and multiple patch-set change requests.

 So please let me know the use-case of “Revert button" availability in gerrit UI?

For the revert button to be available you need to have the Revert permission [1] and be allowed to create changes on the target branch of the change.
