We are running Gerrit in an HA cluster with multiple (3) nodes and have problems to create and restore a workable backup. Backups are not consistent and need a short stop of Gerrit to be created.
Can you kindly support here how to make backups without stopping Gerrit application?
The setup is:
- Gerrit on several nodes with High-Availability plugin configured
- Git repositories are stored on a shared block device (LVM logical volume + GFS2 filesystem)
- The shared volume is mounted by the cluster resource manager (Pacemaker/Corosync + DLM + GFS2)
Thanks a lot
