Change-id missing from latest version?

Anyone know where the change-id went below the commit message?

I'm on a constantly changing set of machines, and really don't like installing all of the git plugins.. normally i'd just copy and paste that line into my commit to update the existing patch.

Now, without it I can't do that, I can't update old patches from other users missing it.. Seems like a pretty big omission

*groan* found it.   Click the bug number at the top and it crates a drop-down now.  The last item is the Change-Id.
