Code-Review vote remains intact, while Developer-verified vote disappears

Hi,

we are using gerrit 3.2.7 and we have a strange behavior, when doing rebase.

Code-Review vote remains intact, 

while Developer-verified vote disappears

any hint, on how to preserve Developer-verified vote, when doing a rebase

would be appriciated.
