commit sha is not showing in gerrit 3.9.5, but show via plugins/gitiles

Hey

we have a strange issue

when we search a specified sha commit ID via gerrit search it doesn't found it

when search via : /plugins/gitiles/<repo>/+/934cd4fd13caf8433ecd877c125ccecf4121fad6
it found it

why not show in the search bar ?

Was the commit pushed as a change?
Only changes are indexed and searchable through the Gerrit search functionality.

Gerrit search looks at the search index which, as Sven mentioned, only has changes indexed.

Commits pushed without review aren't indexed.

when search via : /plugins/gitiles/<repo>/+/934cd4fd13caf8433ecd877c125ccecf4121fad6
it found it

This is not search but navigating commit history using JGit.
