Is there a Gerrit plugin or anything which I can use with Gerrit to view a repo like we do use Github or any other server?

Several options to go there:

Gitiles - it's a plugin for Gerrit (like all others), you can install and works out of the box with respect to ACLs and everything. It's the one that powers *.googlesource.com sites as well.
Gitweb & cgit integration - See docs: Gitweb Integration.
Gitblit - also as a plugin.
