Missing builds again for go-imports

Hi guys,

Just wanted to check why there are missing builds for `go-imports` for `Plugins-Stable-3.13` and `Plugins-Stable-3.14` ?

It was fixed last year in the following thread - https://groups.google.com/g/repo-discuss/c/SWTvEuTS08k/m/jknCto0vDQAJ, but seems to have dropped off the radar again.
