If AWS CodeCommit exposes the Git protocol, you could configure it as a remote replication, using the replication plugin.

What is the struggle about? What are the errors?

Could you specify what you are trying to do, integration is a quite broad concept?

* Are you trying to use codecommit as git repository backend for Gerrit?

     I don't think there's any way to do that out-of-the-box, AFAIK Gerrit demans local access to the git repositories.

* Do you want to use Gerrit as a code-review frontend to codecommit?

     You have the codecommit repos as mirrors and replicate to them with the replicaton plugin (as Luca suggested).

     Only allow write to the codecommit repos from the gerrit instance (I'm assuming you want that in AWS as well).

Gotcha, so you would need something similar to GerritHub but applied to AWS: unfortunately, I am not aware of anyone working on that integration.
