plugin code-owners 3.10

hi,

I am in the process of updating from 3.9 to 3.10. We are using plugin code-owners. It is listed on plugin-manage for 3.8 and 3.9 but not for .3.10. The git source has a stable-3.10 branch. Am I doing something wrong?

I am not able to find the 3.10 version in the plugin-manager [1] yet. On what schedule are builds triggered?
