Hi everyone

We upgrade Gerrit from 3.5.2 to 3.6.1. and found git clone is really slow for big repository like “platform/frameworks/base” .we looked at the stack information, we found that the method of GitVisibleChangeFilter.getVisibleChanges took a lot of time to call.Is there any way to make it faster here?
