Hi all,

Since this morning you can browse and search Gerrit's source code at https://cs.opensource.google/. We hope that you like it much better than the previous gitiles based browsing experience. :-) Most notable features beyond just search and browse: History, Blame and Outline.

An example search could be: https://cs.opensource.google/search?q=f:polygerrit-ui%2F%20f:ts$%20extends.litelement

There are some important caveats though:

1. Based on the github mirror https://github.com/GerritCodeReview.

2. No submodules (yet).

3. No xrefs (yet).

We hope to improve on these over time.

What absurdly great news for those of us who casually browse the Gerrit repo! Thank you to Ben and the team who set this up.

xrefs are the real magic of code search. I can't wait for this to be turned on!

Good stuff! Thank you for setting this up! Would it be possible to import the plugins as well, i.e.: all the repos in the https://github.com/GerritCodeReview organization?

We have just also added all core plugins: https://cs.opensource.google/gerrit

Adding all repos of gerrit-review would not be a good use of resources, but if you are confident that a specific plugin/repo would substantially benefit a couple of developers, then send me an email. We will probably be able to add it.
