Welcome Laura, Adithya, and Yash as new Gerrit maintainers!

I am happy to announce that 3 new maintainers were nominated and approved for Gerrit Code Review:

Laura Hamelin-Owens is a senior engineer on the US-based Google Gerrit team, which is taking on Google's long-term maintainership of Gerrit. She has over two and a half years of experience working on Google's Git infrastructure, and has landed key Gerrit contributions including the AI Chat capability details modal, and code-selection AI actions [1].

Adithya Chakilam previously contributed to Gerrit while at Qualcomm [2] and after a break working elsewhere, now regularly contributes across the Gerrit ecosystem (including JGit) in his role at NVIDIA [3].

Yash Chaturvedi has been regularly contributing to many areas of Gerrit in his role at Qualcomm for over 3 years [4].
