About this command "repo sync --repo-upgraded"

Do you know about this command 's description "repo sync --repo-upgraded",

I can't find any information in google search & repo sync --help.

It's an internal and therefore undocumented option that Repo uses when
it restarts itself after an upgrade. For example, it (re)initializes
the Git hooks for each git in the manifest, but see the source code for
exact details on what actions are taken.
