"Session cookie not available." in chrome

I'm experiencing some weird problems while trying to set up gerrit on
a new server.
After typing login/password it looks like it is loading but then shows
the login prompt again with the following error:
"Session cookie not available." Happens 100% of the time.
Funny thing is it happens only in Chrome, works fine in Firefox. Tried
on different machines (macs and linux), reproducible both with 2.1.7
and 2.2.1 baselines.
Any ideas?

I have the same error. To me it happens on any browser Any help is deeply appreciated.
