v3.9.2, How to remove 'Name of user not set' in one group

Hi,

On my Gerrit server(v3.9.2), some user encountered some error, and then

they delete themself(DELETE ACCOUNT) from the settings, but before they delete, I have added them to a group.

Now when I browser the group, it left some "Name of user not set" users, and

when I click the delete button, it shows error "Error 404 (Not Found): Account '1000003' not found"

Not a big issue, but it is annoyed.

By the way, the admin-console plugin seems deperacted with v3.9.2, when I input command "ls-users", it just shows:"fatal: internal server error".

Have the same issue on 3.10.3. And didn't find a solution.
