Gerrit 3.13 does not show label votes (+2/+1) after merge (was visible in 3.11)

Hello,

After upgrading from Gerrit 3.11 to 3.13.2, we noticed a UI behavior change regarding label votes display.

In Gerrit 3.11:

• Even after a change was merged,

• We could see explicit label values such as Code-Review +2, Verified +1

• Reviewer avatars also showed the actual vote values.

In Gerrit 3.13.2:

• For merged changes, the label values (+2/+1) are no longer visible.

• Submit Requirements show only checkmarks instead of numeric label values.

• Reviewer list no longer shows who gave which vote.

• We only see that requirements are satisfied, but not the actual label scores.

• This behavior appears after upgrade only.

• Active (non-merged) changes still show votes correctly.

Questions:

1. Is this an intentional UI change in Gerrit 3.13?

2. Is there a configuration to restore the old behavior where merged changes display label scores?

3. Is this related to the new Submit Requirements UI even if it is not explicitly enabled?

4. Is there a way to always display label votes (+2/+1) in the merged change view?

Any clarification would be appreciated.

I believe this was a regression in 3.13.2 that was fixed with 3.13.3, see release notes at [1]
