gerrit-operator and replication plugin

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone using gerrit-operator and replicating repos out using the replication plugin and ssh?

It looks like this isn't possible at least without a bit of work and wondering if I'm missing a trick or this isn't supported yet.

After having a play it looks like I would need just one change. Need to make the Gerrit users .ssh dir manageable so I can inject a known host and private key file.  Currently this is an emptyDir.
