Gerrit installation, stuck at "Generating SSH host key ... rsa..."

I am trying to install Gerrit, but it does not seem to be able to go
past this:

Gerrit Code Review is not shipped with Bouncy Castle Crypto v144
If available, Gerrit can take advantage of features
in the library, but will also function without it.
Download and install it now [Y/n]? y
Downloading http://www.bouncycastle.org/do... ... OK
Checksum bcprov-jdk16-144.jar OK
Generating SSH host key ... rsa...

ANy idea ? THanks

What happens when you run ssh-keygen? Can it generate key files okay?

Are you trying to install Gerrit on Windows?
On Windows the generation of the SSH host key hangs if you are not
executing it as administrator.
Try starting the command line prompt or msysgit shell from which you
are running the init command with 'Run as administrator'.

Alternativly if you are just installing a test system you may not
install Bouncy Castle Crypto. Then it generates a simply key which
will also succeed if you are not running it as administrator.

I used "Run as Administrator" and installation succeeded.
