Error 403 (Forbidden)

On gerrit web interface under  > Changes > Open (Or) Merged (Or) Abandoned under this list, if I click any of the review request and its files to view the code difference it displays the below pop-up.

 An error occurred

 Error 403 (Forbidden): Invalid authentication method. In order to authenticate, prefix the REST endpoint URL with /a/ (e.g. http://example.com/a/projects/).

Endpoint: /changes/*~*/revisions/*/files/*/reviewed

 Same problem encountered by few users on firebox and chrome browsers. Gerrit UI session not expired it is active and able to browser other operations, Even server side error_log doesn’t have information for this issue.

 So where might the issue be?

Is there a public Gerrit instance where we can reproduce this issue?

Which version of Gerrit are you running?

Are you using a "base path" in your URLs? That means hat between host and path there is a always a base, e.g.

Hello Ben,

We do not have public instance of gerrit and using 3.2 3 version.

Yes we are using base-path. for example our url as follows - https//gerrit-review.company.com/gerrit
