Question about repo sync pending.

Hello

I'm using Gerrit 2.8.3

Sometimes, repo sync pending about 4hours like below.

Anybody know this problem?

When I run repo sync, I added -m option it is so fast.

why -m option is so fast??

Are these really all the log entries? I would've expected to see
entries for when the first 61 gits are checked out.

Does it help to run a non-parallel sync ('repo sync -j1')?
Has Repo deadlocked itself or is it waiting for a Git command?
Looking at the pstree output might be helpful.

Not sure what you mean here -- are you running

repo sync -m default.xml

and getting a performance improvement? That would be very surprising.

We made mirror repositories in build servers.
And run repo init with --reference option for time and storage saving.

First repo init/sync is no problem.
But when I try repo sync after about a week in same workspace, I can see the pending situation.

And about -m option, I didn't mean the default.xml.
If revision are included in xml file, it’s very fast.
