Unable to Create CL on Master Branch

Hi Gerrit Admin,
I’m currently unable to create a change on the master branch with my Gerrit account .This was working previously (last successful CL: CL 500904), but now attempts to create a CL fail both via:

Git push: git push origin HEAD:refs/for/master
-
Gerrit web GUI
My colleague, who belongs to the same group as mine, is able to create CLs on the master branch without issues.
Could you please help investigate why my account is currently blocked from creating changes on master?
