Skipping single test class from buck test in 2.9

We experienced recently random test failures in our 2.9 based internal
build especially with lucene.

Is it possible to exclude single test class in `buck test`?

Does anybody else has same problem?

Sounds like you have flaky query test problem, that was fixed here: [1].

Can confirm that this patch also fixes flakiness of Lucine tests in
2.9 after cherry-picking it from 2.10/master. There is no
'--no-results-cache' option yet through, since 2.9 is using older buck
version. Thanks again David!

btw. Another flaky test for is the Gerrit GC, was it also improved later on?
