using gerrit-trigger plugin with gerrit 3.10.0 ; No build url show in gerrit UI

Upgrade path from gerrit 3.7.0 to 3.10.0 , when I check the gerrit-trigger function.

Found no buidl url ,like "Build Start ..." in gerrit UI

if the check CI failed , developers will be confusing without logs
