How to add owner profile picture in gerrit

In the Owner's list i can see that most of them have added their display picture. Similarly in our organization we are using gerrit-3.2.3 version and would like to have our members pictures.
So how do i enable the same to add our picture to shown in owner's section?
Please suggest me. Thanks in advance.

avatars are plugin provided. Have a look at these two plugins:
