Can you share the high-level design of your Gerrit architecture and what you’re willing to achieve?

1. High-availabiltiy?
2. Multi-site availability?
3. Geo-distribution of traffic?
4. Primary-replica setup?

With a little bit more input we can help you with some guidance.

You should upgrade to a supported version (3.10.6 or higher). See https://endoflife.date/gerrit

FSx for ONTAP cluster, which serves as the backend storage for our High-Availability GIT configuration. Specifically, the replication across our 5 configured mirrors has stopped working. This setup was fully functional and stable until approximately two weeks ago.

Not really sure what we're supposed to do with the 2 weeks ago information.
What changed in your system? What errors are you seeing? Are there logs you can report? 
You're also running an out dated version of Gerrit so you should look to upgrade to 3.10 in order for the community to help better [1]

I see, this is a High-Availability storage on top of NetApp and managed by AWS.

Are the Git servers powered by Gerrit Code Review? Are they Gerrit replicas?

By looking at [1], the replication seems like managed by AWS.

What does your replication.config looks like? Is the replication managed by AWS or Gerrit?

Really interesting architecture, I do not recall anyone having used it with Gerrit.

What size is your setup? How many users? How many repos? How much concurrency you have?

This setup was fully functional and stable until approximately two weeks ago.  

If you manage the replication at AWS-level, have you raised a support ticket with them?

If you manage the replication at Gerrit-level, did you see any errors on your replication log from *two weeks ago* onwards?
