Reply to comment

Hi,

I seem to be missing the button/link that lets me reply to a comment.
This is for a general comment posted on the patch, not one attached to
a specific line in the diffs.

I'm clearly logged in and all, yet how do I post a reply at the bottom
of the page to the comment I've received?

I don't believe there's a reply button for each comment. You have to
expand the Patch Set 1 box, hit the Review button and leave your
comment there. After you publish your review, it'll show up in the
comment list.
