GIT repeck Problem

Dear Guys
I am Wendy ,I met this kind of problem recently , when I run git repack, I got the error like this:
fatal: Failed to traverse parents of commit 7c232
error: failed to run repack.
how come this problem always happen ? maybe the replication problem, cause this ? I mean while the replication is starting ,the git repack still working. anyone have any idea about this ?
