Hey

we want to customize the notification when we move the repo to READ_ONLY state

And developer tries to push, he gets:

(prohibited by Gerrit: project state does not permit write)

Can we customize this notification?

For example:

repo:XXX is at READ_ONLY mode

Please wait till tomorrow to be open

can this be done ?
