Saturday November 7th and Sunday November 8th, Mountain View, CA.

Conference registration is free, but by invite only.
Please complete the form to request an invite:

We are also planning to host a by invite only hackathon the week after, 9th-13th. Gerrit maintainers will be reaching out to contributors in the community to extend invites, as space is extremely limited for this hackathon.

Just a reminder that the invite request form is still open.

I am planning to close it Oct 1st.

Hi Shawn,
is there a draft agenda / list of proposed talks published anywhere?

It would be useful for people wanting to register their attendance to have an idea of the topics that will be discussed / presented at the Summit.

Luca.

Good point; I have a number of talk proposals from earlier registrations. I'll try to get a page up with highlights later this evening.

Cool !

I've also put a couple a top banner on https://review.gerrithub.io as well, just to remind the people that they have to hurry to get their seat ;-)

We should have much more people this year ... as my booth at the Jenkins User Conference 2015 was literally "flooded" by people enthusiastic about Gerrit ;-) ... over a hundred people visited and got their Diffy sticker ;-)

Hi Shawn,
any more details on the agenda? ... registration closes in 3 days :-)

That would be nice, however not sure if that complies with Google's policies as the event is *inside* the Campus.
Slides and notes are however typically published after the Summit.

Another idea could be keeping the IRC channel opened so that people could see the comments popping up in Google docs and ask questions remotely.

Thanks Luca for your quick response..

Slides and notes are good enough for me to follow up with..

Looking for roadmap and new upcoming innovative features in next coming releases..

Best Regards
Anjan

It's about 3 weeks to the summit, when could we have all the talk proposals and the agenda?

Talks / Agenda are still in draft at [1]. @Shawn did you have time to finalise the document?

Yes, it would be helpful to have them up-front, bearing in mind that is a “User Summit” and typically is less structured than a Conference, which means even more flexibility and interactivity which is good for sharing ideas and improve networking with other Gerrit users around the world :-)

A lot of Gerrit innovations (including Plugins, REST API and … may this time … a new UX?) came as outcome of the “Unconference” structure of the Summit :-)

Yeah, personally I'd like to know if I need to prepare any presentations... and if so, what exactly to prepare for. I'd rather not get up and start rambling. :P

Each day has 2 columns available because we have 2 large rooms. But only about 1 room track right now. So there's that. :)
