Gerrit-3.7.1 Error 409 (Conflict): change is merged

Hi

We use autosubmitter plugin and seeing this on every change that automatically gets merged when submit requirements are met.

The change gets merged but there is a Pop-up

The Popup has this message

An error occurred

Error 409 (Conflict): change is merged

Endpoint: /changes/*~*/revisions/current/mergeable

Gerrit Error log at the same time has this message

[2023-04-06T09:18:29.248-07:00] [HTTP POST /changes/MYRepo~67663/revisions/5/review (pranab from xx.xx.xx.xxx)] INFO com.criteo.gerrit.plugins.automerge.AutomaticMerger : Submitting non-atomic change 67663...

Please advise how to get rid of this annoying pop-up on every change merge.
