New repo version v1.12.14

A new version of repo (v1.12.14) has been released. You may let your
client update itself eventually on a sync or you can run 'repo
selfupdate'. There is no corresponding launcher change.

Please respond here if you run into any issues.

Yes:
* Several bugfixes for the clone-depth feature
* Support for creating a symlink in the root of the working tree
* A 'diffmanifests' command
* Various bugfixes and performance improvements


Also, I've just updated to repo version v1.12.15 which has another
small bugfix for the clone-depth feature.

Follow up release v1.12.16 fixes a bug in a recent optimization that
skips remote fetches.

Just starting out on my Android trek - attempting to initialize the git repo from the 1.12.16 tag, and get this:
