Please remember to do what's on your chore list. I know sometimes it may get hecktic and some stuff may not be able to get done. Just as long as most of the list is completed. There should be no reason that none of it is done. During the night shift please make sure all garbage is taken out and the lights are off. Also if there is a party on your shift please clean up after it by sweeping, taking out garbage, and even put tables down. The people who rented out the area are suppose to clean, but that doesn't always happen. Everyone please do their part so the next person can do theirs.

Jennifer is correct, we all do need to make sure our chores are done each night, but in regards to cleaning if there is an issue with this please bring this to the attention of either Joe, Doug, or myself instead of on the group discussion.  We can target certain areas to clean, but unfortunately some of us are unable to thoroughly clean on our shifts for one reason or another.  If that is the issue then please bring it up to one of us three so we can get someone in here to clean.  There will be times when we do not have a maintenance employee working that day, but areas still need to be cleaned.  Try to get everything cleaned up as best as you can and if there is a problem and you cannot physically get something done leave a note so we can let maintenance know the next time they come in here.  Thank you.
