Refilling toilet paper

Do not add extra rolls sitting on top of rails or toilets.  Only put rolls in the dispensers.  Two rolls in each is enough for the day.  If there is very little left, replace it and we can use the little roll for kleenex.  Extra rolls get thrown on the floor resulting in dirty, wet and/or unusable conditions.

Maybe if you were any kind of a half way decent facility manager, you would know that we switched toilet paper and this is no longer an issue.  Maybe I should have your job.
