If someone comes in to rent part of the facility for any length of time and you do not know how to put rentals in Rectrac you can still take their payment and print a receipt. You still need them to fill out the rental agreement, but go to the top bar where it says Facility and bring the drop down menu to click on Facility Payments. Once you get into that screen you need to look up the last name of the person and bring up their account. Do not click on anything besides putting in the dollar amount of the payment. It will ask you after you select print or no print whether you want to create a credit balance, give change back, or return to payment screen-please select create credit balance. Just type in the exact dollar amount that you are crediting to their account and select ok. Next time they make a payment they will have this credit so we can put the reservation on their name showing us that we already have their payment.
