Have we deciced on staff metting days and times yet ? Are we still doing those just wonder so i can make sure im availible for them and know when they are. Thanks :)

Yes, we are still having staff meetings.  I do not think we will be having a staff meeting until the beginning of Decemeber because that is when our new hours begin.  At this time I'm thinking about having the staff meeting the evening of December 9th.  Does this date work for everyone? Also, if you have any concerns over not having a meeting in the month of November please let me know and I can address those with you personally.  Thank you!

That sounds great to me Courtney I can for sure attend the December meeting if you decide to have it on the 9th. As for the meeting in november if we dont have one thats fine with me because i am super busy so that works out perfect :D thanks again.

December 9th is good for me Only thing I had to mention was that some members were asking about the change in hours in December and were asking it be posted in advance on the website and / or facebook and if the hours were just for winter time or till summer, etc...  I know I had 1 member specifically say whether they sign back up or not depends on the hours changing.

I'll get that figured out for you today.  From what I understand the time changes are going to be pretty standard throughout the entire year.  We do realize that some members are going to be upset about cutting back the hours, but in the long run it also saves about $4000 a year.  If you would like to, please let them know that aspect and try to get them to realize all the awesome things we're doing around here.  If there are any issues please direct them to myself, Joe, or Doug in the mean time.  Thank you guys!
