Latex Balloons

I just wanted to give everyone a head's up that April is severly allergic to latex balloons.  The only time I see this being an issue would be when we are renting out a room for a birthday party.  When you are booking a party please make sure the customer knows that latex balloons are not allowed in the facility.  They are more than welcome to bring in metallic and non-latex balloons, but please make sure you are informing every customer from now on.

Do I need to call Mandi Dean?? She booked a party with me yesterday and I know she is going to have ballons it is for her son's birthday party. Let me know I don't mind calling her I know her personally.

That would be great if you could.  Let her know that she is more than welcome to bring in metallic ballons, just please no latex.  If you want to wait and call her tomorrow once you get to work that would be just fine.
