Replex for All

A couple months ago we were all asked to fill out a form with the amount of money that we could contribute to Replex.  Most of us filled out a form that stated it would be directly taken out of our paychecks.  We were just contacted explaining that they can no longer take the donation out of our paychecks directly.  At this time we need to fill out the cards again and submit them to either Joe or Doug.  The forms are at the front desk so please make sure you fill out a form once again so we can continue to help offer memberships for those in need.  Thank you!
