• If you enter the wrong password on your account three times, it will lock your account out.  There is a manual way to get your account unlocked but the best thing for you to do is contact the Manager on Duty (MOD).  They will be able to reset your password.  
  
• Your account password will have to be reset every thirty days.  When you log in, it will say current password and then two boxes for new password.  Fill out the new password using the required criteria.  Make note of your password so you don't get locked out.
