Lights upstairs on track

One of the lights on the upstairs track is hanging. It looks like it might fall.  If someone could please see to this issue asap that would be ideal.

Alex, Did you fill out a Maintenance Request <-- Over on the side?? Just wanted to let you know (in case you didnt know)  that it is there for things like this :)

Again today it was dangling I noticed the thin metal cable and the zip tie were both broke, I put 2 short bungee cords on either side for a temp fix and they are both secure.  I  don't see a maintenance request form on the side so I apologize if this is still the incorrect way to report this problem.  You can easily identify which light fixture because it has 2 black bungee cords extending over the top on either side of it, on the east side of the track about in the middle of the length of the track.
