The front desk computer now has Outlook loaded on it.  The account in...@replex.co is loaded on it.  When you log in, please check the emails to see if there are general questions members have sent in.  If there are and you can answer them, please respond accordingly and professionally.  If you do not know the answer, please reply that you are forwarding their email to a manager for more information.  CC the manager that can answer the question.

The calendar has a calendar for every room we rent.  There should also be a staff calendar for our key staff.  My calendar may be there as well if you need to see if I have an appointment or if you need to schedule one for me.  

When you take a new rental, please click on the appropriate calendar or calendars.  If the rental is in more than one room, it will need to be added to multiple calendars.  Put any information staff need to know in the notes.  For example, this rental will need 40 rectangle tables or they need the projector.  

If one of the managers needs to be involved in any way, add them to the attendees.  If Julee needs to get lifeguards, add her to the attendees.  This will send an email to that manager informing them of the event.  The email will then add the event to their personal calendar.
