Dear Colleagues,
UNICEF Rwanda has a stretch assignment opportunity for an Education Policy Specialist to provide maternity leave cover for the Education Policy Specialist. The position requires general support to the Education Programme and leadership in key areas as described in the attached ToR.
Kindly assist in circulating the ToR in your respective offices.
HOW TO APPLY
The interested candidates should discuss with their supervisor and obtain supervisor’s agreement for your application to be submitted. The agreement of your supervisor is a pre-requisite for any stretch assignment.
Upon receipt of supervisor and Head of Office’s agreement, send an email application with the title “Education Policy Specialist Stretch Assignment” to rwa...@unicef.org by COB 5 September 2015. The e-mail should include:
- Your up –to-date P11 or e-recruitment profile
- Your two latest PAS
- A signed approval letter from supervisor.
Candidates considered potentially well matched for the stretch assignment will be contacted for an informal interview. Supervisor may also be contacted for references.
The successful candidate will be expected to start on 1 October 2015.
