Assign multiple categories to a card

I've used Mnemosyne and Anki and in both it's possible to assign multiple tags/categories to one card. How do I do this in Repetitions?

The current version 1.x only supports one tag/category per card. However, multiple tags will be supported in the upcoming version 2.0 release (no exact ETA yet, but in the near future).

OK, here we are more than a year after my question and no sign of version 2.0. I think we've gone beyond the "near future" so what's the status on 2.0 with the capability to assign multiple tags?

I get asked about the status of the version 2.0 a lot and my response is as follows:

Please have patience, folks -- these things take time. The project is being actively developed every chance I get -- it will get done and a release will happen at some point.

While it may not seem like it, since it's been a while from the last major release, this project has always been and is always on my mind because I know from the user feedback over the years that there's something here and I've always believed that it has the potential to be much more. Version 2.0 is a complete re-write from the ground up -- a chance to go back and improve upon everything across the board and finally begin realizing what I envisioned for the project.

Having said that, any external pressure is not going to influence the work being done in any way including rushing to push out something that isn't ready. If more time is needed to ensure a quality user experience, then so be it.
