I use the prog for several months on my phone (Android) and web version. But during last two or three weeks I get the message on my phone "Unable to sync". Screenshoot is attached. I reinstalled the prog yesterday but it didn't help me.
Any thoughts?

Try starting fresh and picking a copy of the database you want to keep and deleting it everywhere else and syncing again with the server.

Let me know if this helps.

Try this:

Use the desktop version to get the data from the web and then export it again into a new .srs file. You will use this new file as the starting point and remove it everywhere else (including the web using the web version of the app under Edit -> Sync Files, it's a good idea to backup your data just in case when doing this).

On the desktop version, remove the old file from the Sync Files list and add the newly exported .srs to the list (Edit -> Sync Files). Sync with the cloud and then try syncing with mobile.

I had the same problems with syncing an android mobile. On top I could not create a new database on the mobile. The app crashed.
To create a new database on the desktop version and make a new setup in the web version/cloude did not help at all. In the end I found out that the mobile app hadn't the permissions to access the memory! Go in your android phone to the repetitions app and change the permissions.  After that restart the phone. I had the same problem in the free and the pro version of repetitions.
