It's probably worth adding this to the list of folks who have reported this to Wes, W8WJB.
The app hasn't been updated since before iOS 18, so there is most likely some internal change to the way iOS handles CallKit stuff that should be addressed.
I rarely use Repeaterphone, since I have several actual nodes, but I just tried it here, and can confirm this. Doesn't happen with headphones though.
