Odd issue with RepeaerPhone

I have a simplex node set on our local club 220 repeater. Have been testing with repeater phone. I have and odd issue in that sometimes the PTT on the phone seems to get reversed. I think that I have keyed the phone to fast before the courtesy tone a few times to cause this. I also had an issue on our net this evening that I loose the receive audio on the phone, but I can see that the radio is still receiving. If I hit the PTT on the phone I receive the audio again on the phone, but as soon as the operator unkeys, my node goes into transmit mode. Has anyone else had this issue?

I am running the latest HamVoip, but am going to change this over to AllStarLink 2 Beta hopefully this week.
