What do the ABCD buttons do?

The ABCD buttons are really there for completeness. When used with an AllStarLink connection, the keypad sends a DTMF code to the remote node via an IAX message (it does not currently send an actual audio tone). The DTMF specification includes ABCD https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DTMF_signaling#Square,_star,_A,_B,_C,_and_D

Typically these signals are used to control certain functions of a repeater. However, while ABCD are available, I think most nodes stick to digits.
